If your studio is scheduled for an in-home delivery with the fulfillment partner, you will be subject to a $250 cancellation fee. If your Tempo Move is already in transit with the shipping partner, you will be subject to a $60 cancellation fee.

Refunds may take up to 30 days after Tempo.fit receives the Device.

If you wish to return your Move Rental unit after the 30-day trial period, you should use your original packaging, if available. You may need to purchase new packaging and pay a return fee to ensure that the device remains in good condition during transit.
